Does this man never sleep? News photographer ANDREW CAMPBELL was up at dawn (again) to capture the Canberra Balloon Spectacular from the National Museum lifting into Tuesday’s glorious morning sky. The Spectacular, featuring more than 40 hot-air balloons, runs until Sunday.
