Active covid cases continue to drop

THERE are currently 85 active covid cases in the ACT, down from the 98 reported yesterday (December 6).

It comes as the territory recorded three new cases of the virus in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.

There are currently five people in ACT hospitals as a result of COVID-19, three of which are in intensive care and one is on a ventilator.

Canberra residents aged 12 and over who are fully vaccinated now number 98.1 per cent.
