Link Airways resumed direct flights between Canberra and Coffs Harbour on Thursday.
The twice weekly service will operate until the end of April.
Flights were originally launched in September 2022 as a seasonal service and were highly popular.
Jeff Boyd, manager of Network Strategy at Link Airways, said: “We are pleased to reintroduce this service. The previous success of this route gives us confidence that travellers will once again embrace the convenience of these direct flights”.
“This announcement strengthens connectivity between the ACT and the Coffs Coast, benefiting business and leisure travellers alike.”
Canberra Airport’s head of aviation Michael Thomson said: “This direct service also brings opportunities for mid-north coast locals to experience Canberra and the region’s world-class events, rich culture, and exceptional restaurants and wineries.”
Link Airways is a Canberra-owned airline that operates services across five states and territories to 15 destinations.
