Collisions as HiLux heads up the parkway the wrong way

Police are seeking witnesses after a white Toyota HiLux was allegedly driven the wrong way on the Tuggeranong Parkway on Saturday night, resulting in at least three separate collisions.

About 10pm, police received multiple reports of the HiLux travelling against the flow of traffic in the northbound lanes of the Parkway.

Police and emergency services identified three collisions between Hindmarsh Drive and Cotter Road.

The occupants of the vehicles were assessed by paramedics, with one person taken to hospital.

Anyone who witnessed the collisions or has dash-cam footage of the white Toyota HiLux (NSW registration DF77EC) to contact police via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
