A 69-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted at her Dickson home after answering the door to a stranger late last month.
Police say the man knocked on the woman’s door about 9.15pm on June 27 and asked to speak to “Valentino”. When she said she did not know anyone by that name, he allegedly grabbed her and shoved her against the door.
The man then left and the woman contacted emergency services.
Police have released a face-fit image of a man they believe may be able to assist with the investigation.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, aged about 30 to 40, with long brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who recognises the man or has information about the incident is urged to contact police via Crime Stoppers.
