A 45-year-old foreign national has been charged after allegedly filming women in change rooms at a clothing store in Woden.
Police say two women reported the alleged incidents earlier this month after discovering they had been recorded while using change rooms at the store.
Following enquiries, including a review of CCTV footage, police searched a Curtin home on Tuesday and arrested a 45-year-old man.
He has been charged with one count of intimate observations or capturing visual data.
