Covid cases continue trend downwards

DAILY covid case numbers have remained under 200 for the third consecutive day and hospital numbers under 100 for the fourth day, according to the latest figures from ACT Health today (September 3). 

The ACT recorded 180 new infections (89 PCR and 91 RAT) as the number of active cases continue to fall with 1089 yesterday. There have been 203,077 reported infections since the pandemic began in March 2020. There were two deaths this past week compared to six the week before.

Covid hospital cases remained steady today at 91 patients. One is in intensive care and one requires ventilation.
