At about 2.15am on Friday police attended an “incident” in the Pitts car park in Civic and engaged with four men.
One man left the scene and police are now seeking public help to identify him.
Police are urging the man to present himself to the nearest police station.
Anyone who can identify the man should call 1800 333000, or on the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
