Police believe an unsecured load fell from the back of a vehicle, which caused several other vehicles to brake suddenly and collide on the Tuggeranong Parkway on Monday morning.
Police are looking for witnesses or dash-cam footage of the multi-vehicle collision in the northbound lanes between Hindmarsh Drive and Cotter Road at about 7.40am.
