A 31-year-old man from NSW has been booked for driving at three times over the legal alcohol limit after he collided with a parked car on Binara Street, Civic.
Before that, police say, he allegedly drove his brown Volkswagen Multivan into a white Nissan Navara that was stationary at the intersection of Northbourne Avenue and Antill Street, Dickson on Friday afternoon.
He failed to stop to exchange details with the driver of the Nissan and was seen driving erratically throughout Dickson and allegedly narrowly avoiding a head-on collision with another vehicle.
At City Police Station he returned a breath analysis of 0.148, close to three times the legal limit, and was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, failing to exchange details with the other driver and driving a motor vehicle with alcohol in his breath.
