AN improved Access Canberra website has been launched today offering an “easier, simpler, faster way” to use its services. access canberra

Regulatory Services Minister, Gordon Ramsay, says the relaunched Access Canberra website will make it easier, simpler and faster for customers to access information and carry out financial transactions with the ACT government.

Access Canberra was established to support and connect the Canberra community with all ACT government services. There are currently 213 online services, which include paying rates online.

Features of the new website include a pay-online button at the top of the homepage so financial transactions can be made more quickly, as well as a new web chat assistant, enabling Canberrans who need help on the website to chat live with an Access Canberra representative.
