THE National Gallery’s ground-floor entrance has been revamped with a new art store and visitor services hub.
The “front desk” has been replaced with a visitors’ hub.
The imaginative joinery features triangular rendered floating benches inspired by the original Colin Madigan NGA building.
The fit out includes new rendered bleacher seating, a disability access ramp, visitor lockers, a polished concrete floor, and a large audio-visual display wall with multimedia controls.
