COVID cases in the ACT have dipped to a new low for this year with 148 new cases of the virus reported today (August 29).
Of the 148 cases, 86 were detected via PCR and 62 via RAT, according to ACT Health.
Active cases across Canberra have also lowered today, down to 1329 from yesterday’s 1394.
There are 106 people in hospital with COVID-19, including two in intensive care and one requiring ventilation.
Since the start of the pandemic, the ACT has recorded a total of 202,107 cases of the virus.
