Covid worries cancel ‘Come From Away’ season again

The cast of “Come From Away”… coming now in June.

THE Canberra season of the award-winning musical “Come From Away” has been postponed for a second time.

The producers say the postponement of the Canberra Theatre season, which was planned to start on February 3, is due to the ongoing uncertainty and the fast-moving number of Omicron covid cases.

The Canberra season will now open in June 2023.

Producer Rodney Rigby said: “Canberrans deserve to witness this remarkable production, free from the distractions of covid.
We apologise to the many ticket holders inconvenienced by the postponement.”

Existing ticket holders will be contacted in coming weeks.
