Dickson Library will be closed from June 23 to July 5 to renovate the library’s public toilets.
Three individual toilets, including a disability accessible toilet will be upgrading with works including new toilets, sinks, tapware, tiling, doors, flooring, rails, repainted ceilings and new LED light fittings.
THIS MAKES NO SENSE: The library will reopen on Saturday June, however the toilet facilities will reman closed until Monday, June 7 for final works and cleaning to be completed.
The community room at the library will also be unavailable during the closure.
The nearest toilet facilities to the library are located behind the bus stop on Cowper Street.
