A 39-year-old Kaleen man faces charges of sexually assaulting his partner her while choking her.
Police allege the man choked the women frequently during their relationship as a form of control and in February inappropriately touched her and allegedly choked and sexually assaulted her.
The man was arrested on Friday and has been charged with sexual intercourse without consent and choking/suffocating/strangling another person.
