A driver is being sought after allegedly leading police on a dangerous pursuit through several Tuggeranong suburbs on Monday night.
Police spotted a black BMW sedan bearing stolen NSW number plates travelling at excessive speed on Clift Crescent, Richardson, about 9.30pm.
The driver allegedly failed to stop for police and continued speeding and driving dangerously around other vehicles through Richardson, Isabella Plains and Calwell.
Police deployed tyre deflation devices before the BMW was later found abandoned in Chisholm.
Police are seeking witnesses or dash-cam footage of the BMW, bearing NSW registration CTN85T, in the Tuggeranong area between 9.20pm and 10pm.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
