Man stabbed in alleged road rage fight

A man was stabbed in an alleged road rage fight in Franklin on Sunday afternoon.

The victim was driven to hospital and police were notified about the incident.

Police believe the incident was sparked when a blue Subaru SUV pulled in behind a Black Mitsubishi Lancer on Flemington Road, Mitchell.  The drivers began interacting, with both vehicles stopping at Nullarbor Avenue, Franklin.

Police say an altercation allegedly occurred where the driver of the Mitsubishi was stabbed in the chest.

Investigators are looking for witnesses or CCTV or dash-cam footage of the vehicles on Flemington Road.

More anger, more violence. We have to find understanding, empathy & kindness again, instead of competing with those around us.
