A 46-year-old man, caught speeding on a motorbike unregistered since 2008, was also booked for having methamphetamine in his system on Yarra Glen on Thursday afternoon.
Police said he was arrested and charged with driving with a prescribed drug in oral fluid, and using an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle.
