A BUNCH of talented kids are about to stage an original musical, a fun story with a moral twist.

- A Discovery of Recovery – the Musical” has been devised by program participants at the Tuggeranong Arts Centre aged 7-13 together with Tim and Nathalie Bevitt, supported by artists Daniel Streatfield, Chelsea Heaney, Hanna Hoyne and Ed Radclyffe.
Set in the House Planet, the “Labratorians” are experimenting with an emotions machine, when an unexpected explosion finds them transported into Plant World.

Over three holiday intensives and in subsequent weekly sessions, 20 local children were introduced to the many aspects of musical theatre making.
The show features 12 original songs written by the cast, with music composition and arrangements by Tim and Nathalie Bevitt, drums by Michael Knight and violin by Tim Wickham.
