CCTV released to identify indecent assault offender

CCTV footage has been released by ACT Police to identify a man who allegedly committed an indecent assault in the Canberra Centre.

On June 27 at 5.50pm, police allege a man entered the Canberra Centre on foot from Ainslie Avenue, before crossing Bunda Street.

A short time later, the man allegedly committed an indecent act on a woman outside the hallway leading to the toilets near Bunda Street.

The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with a thin build, dark hair and dark eyes.

He was wearing a dark red jumper, black pants, black shoes and a black and white beanie.

Police are investigating the incident.
