Driver assaulted at Mitchell traffic lights

OCCUPANTS of a green Holden Cruze allegedly assaulted the driver of a red Audi S3 in a “serious road rage incident” in Mitchell.

About 6.05pm on Saturday, the two cars were driving south on Flemington Road towards Mitchell.

After interacting, both cars stopped at the intersection of Flemington Road and Sandford Street.

The occupants of the Holden allegedly got out of their car and assaulted the driver of the Audi.

Police say any witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage should call 1800 333000.

Too many incidents like this and car-jacking, so it’s time to ensure doors stay locked whilst driving.
